Vendor and Sponsorship Guidelines
A contribution to support the TASM organization is appreciated at any time for sponsors and companies whose services intersect with the mission and vision of the Texas Association of Supervisors of Mathematics. The guidelines for sponsorship opportunities are outlined below. Please contact our vendor liaison, Allison O'Brien, with any questions.
Fall and Spring TASM Conference and Summer Business Meeting Sponsors

Held in Austin, TX, the fall and spring conferences draw up to approximately 200-250 mathematics supervisors. These two-day conferences provide members with customized professional learning as well as critical state and national updates for state mathematics leaders. The summer meeting takes place the evening before the annual CAMT conference. The types of sponsorships for each event are listed below. The purpose of each sponsorship is to support the mission of TASM and for exhibitors to share helpful information about resources that connect with the TASM mission. Registration for sponsorship of the fall conference will open on July 1, spring conference on October 1, and summer business meeting on March 1.

**TASM Distribution for Sponsor Events at Fall or Spring TASM Conference
If a sponsor hosts an event before or after a TASM event and would like TASM to use their email distribution list to advertise or invite attendees to the event, requests must be scheduled through by completing the Request for Use of Distribution List Form.
NOTE: This is only for sponsors hosting an event before or after a TASM event.
Event invitations (advertisements) are distributed by email through the TASM secretary for a set fee of $250.
Once an event is scheduled through TASM, it is the responsibility of the company to make all further arrangements directly with the hotel/meeting location provider.
A sponsor is eligible to host one presentation every other conference year (either fall or spring), as space permits. This is to allow opportunities for a variety of sponsor participation.
Events will be held in smaller breakout rooms to be designated by the hotel/meeting location on a space available basis.
Two event times are available at the end of day one: 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm or 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
One event time is available in the morning before day two: 7:30 am ending by 8:20 am.
